B&G Consultants is a construction program management consulting firm headquartered in San Diego, California. Established and incorporated in 1990, the firm specializes in managing building programs for both private sector and public agency clients.

The firm's outstanding reputation with both clients and industry peers is reflected in that 90% of its business comes from repeat clients and industry referrals. Owners Michael Giffin and Steve Giffin and their staff are known for their professionalism, understanding of complex development-related issues, and aggressively representing their clients’ interests. Unfortunately, Michael passed in December 2023, but Steve is continuing in his father's footsteps as President.

One of B&G Consultants’ more demanding projects was the San Diego International Airport, where it provided project management services to the San Diego Unified Port District for approximately $40 million in terminal upgrade and remodel work. In addition, the firm has managed nearly $3 billion in development and construction projects, including Cisco Systems, iboss Cybersecurity, Carlsbad City Library, La Jolla Country Day School, Saint Augustine High School, San Diego Yacht Club, Sempra Energy Corporate HQ, Temple Emanu-El, Taylor Guitars, California Coast Credit Union, DJ Orthopedics, Ivy Hotel, Aperture Condominiums, Gaslamp City Square, National University, Hazard Center, and One America Plaza.

In 1994, as a result of increasing opportunities in the Mexican border maquiladora zone, the firm incorporated in Mexico as Bilbro y Giffin de Mexico. Clients in Mexico include Eastman Kodak, Hasbro Toy Company, ADFlex Solutions and Mulay Plastics.
