San Diego Unified Port District – Immediate Action Plan (IAP), Lindbergh Field Airport Projects
B&G Consultants provided programming, project management, and construction management services during the major renovations at San Diego International Airport. Designed by SGPA Planning and Architecture, the project was completed in June 1998. The scope of work included airport-wide renovation, reconstruction and remodeling of existing east and west terminal buildings, a new central HVAC plant, conversion of the old PSA (Pacific Southwest Airlines) terminal into a commuter terminal, and reconstruction/re-routing of Harbor Drive. The total development value was $234 million.
